Delivery

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- The rug must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned with all original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized rugs are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
