A good carpet is the foundation of any room design. As a designer who specializes in creating unique, livable spaces on tight budgets, I lean toward floor coverings “with history” because they add instant character and depth for similar or better prices as mediocre offerings from retail outlets. After a lovely message exchange with this relatively new Etsy seller, I decided to purchase a large 9’ by 12’ tabriz in a yummy faded pink and beige to anchor a room that needed to feel French and feminine. The carpet arrived very quickly via Fedex and was well packed (folded, meant to be laid flat immediately upon arrival). It was in superb used condition, recently cleaned. The room isn’t completely finished yet, but I wanted to send a review and some pictures quickly in order to support a new vendor. Don’t hesitate to buy!
