Love my new rug! My order initially got sent to another person and I received hers by mistake- seller paid for shipping for both of us to send correct rugs back to each other. Other person didn’t like their rug upon receiving, so I purchased that one too because I loved it so much! Seller has been very professional with great communication. Unfortunately, I was shipped the wrong rug. I alerted the seller, who was able to trace the rug and both I and the other buyer shipped our rugs to the correct party (the seller covered the shipping charges). The rug is nice, but the colors are significantly different than the photos (photos show a cool ivory/yellow, but the rug is an orange/peach --I'm guessing the rug was treated to mute the original colors, which typically leads to an orangey hue). Does not work with my room. I will try to resell. The seller was relatively accommodating with the mix-up but it was not a great experience overall. Given the positive reviews, I'm guessing my situation doesn't happen often. Edit: I am updating my review to 5 stars because the seller was helpful in resolving my issues.
