Rug looked pretty when it arrived but had a super strong smell, which was basically unbearable. Took it to get it cleaned (cost $150), cleaners explained that the rug had a chemical smell because it had been washed to make it look vintage/faded. So it's not truly a "vintage" rug either. Even after having it washed, the rug still smells, it's more of a shampoo smell now but it is waay too strong. I genuinely don't know what to do, I wasted so much $$$ and time.

I’ll admit I was skeptical about ordering a rug on etsy, but this shop proved me wrong! The owner was absolutely fantastic and my order arrived super fast! It looked just like the picture and I’m so in love with it!

The delivery was very quick, and all responses were very prompt. The rug itself looks incredible - the pictures were very well taken, but in person every detail was just the same!

Wanted to say that this was an excellent experience every step of the way. We ordered a rug and Suat contacted us to send us additional photos in different lighting to ensure it was what we wanted. After deciding to change our order, he sent us various suggestions and we ended up choosing two new rugs. We love them. Shipping was very fast to Canada! So happy!
